Beware... disappointed called for an apt day before. Arrived for our apt and was told 5 minutes... waited 15, set up for pedi, still no one to service us... I had enough, we dried out feet and tried to leave ... staff tried to make us stay... holding my arm down and trying to block my self and elderly mom from leaving! Very rude and disrespectful! So unprofessional had they called to say pls come at a later time I would have understood.
Arrived at 1:33, signed in with a friend - I was getting a gel mani, and she was getting a pedi. One person in front of us with a 1:30 appt, 3 people getting pedis. At 2:15 they tell us they are too busy, can't do us, we should make an appt. 45 mins waiting and WHAT????!!!!! Left and went to Kim's Nails down the street - they did a GREAT job. I am a long time customer of Silk, however this was really not OK today. Should have told us when we signed in they couldn't take us - telling us after 45 mins so not cool.
