The best kabob in town with the best fresh and hot lavash bread and delicious hummus/babaganoosh/taboli. Even their dip with the lavash bread is mouthwatering. Covered outdoor seating on Main Street and Gaby is the best waiter there is: quick and friendly and professional. I have taken all my friends there, especially the ones who drive to Walnut Creek from San Francisco. They all want to go to Silk Road and have chicken/lamb/filet kabob with rice and vegetables!
Sadly, not good food, decor, quality, or service. If you’re looking for good quality or traditional Persian food, skip this place because in my opinion it is not a good pick.
Kind of hidden in plain sight, this restaurant offers a broad set of choices at reasonable prices. A must visit!
