Made in a very traditional style, which is a good thing. Absolutely delicious - this place is much more than I expected. I have no reservations about recommending this place to anyone!
Amazing food. I was in town for the day and a friend took me here. I’ve never had food this good before. The Kharcho was my favorite but, the kebabs were great as well.
The New Year celebration was horrible . Horrible is understatement. Although quality of food was good , but there was absolute lack of professionalism on the service and management staff side. After 12 :00 people wearing home sleepers and dirty sweat pants were allowed in somehow ! It was complete chaos and pure disrespect to the other guests. Many people left without even trying the rest of menu dishes. No explanation or apology were offered by Silk Road staffs.Worse New Year celebrations by far

It was a slow start to get service, and no, the place wasn't busy yet. Once we got a server, she was polite and on point. Food was great! The fresh bread, my chicken tabaka, and "veal" liver kabob was delicious...👍👍👍👍👍 As from me, someone who has been in food industry business for 18 yrs, I will give this place 5 stars!
