Silk Road Bistro staff helped us celebrate our son's Barmitzvah. It was the best party of my life! Food was absolutely delicious. The service and the attention we reserved from people who work there was just great. I want to thank the management and staff for arranging such a lovely lunch for my large group today. A few months ago, we had a misunderstanding involving my guide dog, and the manager of Silk Road addressed our concerns promptly and promised us a better experience on our next visit. We went again today, and it was magnificent! Delicious appetizers and bread, followed by the best shish kebabs I have ever tasted, and topped off with wonderful baklava – it was a perfect meal. Excellent salads - Smak salad was delicious. Kebabs were tender and juicy (we had veal liver, chicken and lamb). Staff is attentive but unintrusive. Decor is sparse - but who cares - the food is excellent. Highly recommended.
I've heard about this place many many times but haven't been here until now. It is a gorgeous place for any your occasion, I tried as much variety of foods as I could, everything was super tasty and delivered to our table fresh and hot. Loved samsa(meat patties) and shish kebab the most. Service is excellent, waiters and waitresses were very polite and nice. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try Uzbek food in this area.
