⚠️ DO NOT RENT HERE!! ⚠️ Management is horrible! They don't care if you need something fixed. My heater didn't work right for A MONTH in NOVEMBER and they didn't care!! I had to contact the city and a lawyer. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do and talk about. The heat is EXPENSIVE because of the high ceilings. If your allergic to dust or mold you'll be sick all the time. The roof leaks INTO the apartments (there are shingles blown into the parking lot). Do not rent here. I spent a full year here and it was the worst mistake I have made. Not only are the walls extremely thin, to the point when you can hear your upstairs/side neighbors walk, talk, do laundry, and go to the bathroom, but there is also constant construction all day every day to the point where the entire complex vibrates. If you are someone needing quiet time to study or relax after a long day, this is not the place for you because you will never have quiet time for studying/relaxing etc. Management is unrespon... read more
Try to apply for an apartment , the person that got in touch with me was rude and very disrespectful!! Like if he didn’t want to rent any unit at all!
