If I could give "no stars" I would... From the moment you walk into this non-airconditioned and very messy warehouse the owners start YELLING at you "No samples in the store!!". This is if you are holding anything you brought from home to help you match what you are looking for - even a small piece of ribbon!! Also, don't attempt to bring any children, even if they are not walking since children are not allowed. Omg! I can't even express the incompetence of these people. The one who does customer information sounds as if we woke her from her sleep. The most inadequate people in business how the keep their doors open is beyond comprehension .this is why Miami is going to crap,we should not support businesses that don't know customer service and have idiots representing them. You don't get my business and in turn you don't get my money. Warning to the public... Dumb as they come. Don't bother.
Terrible place to shop. To start with children are not allowed in - My daughter is 12, not exactly a hazardous overly active age. I think it's because they leave open razor blades lying around. They have crazy policies - you can only check the glass you purchase after you have paid - and returns are only accepted if it is cracked in half - if it's a mere chipped glass your SOL. Horrible customer service I prefer Chans Silk and since they don't allow kids under 14 they lost my service plus they were so rude to me and especially my husband.
0 stars, the owners are extremely rude. They scream and fight in front of the customers. They sell a lot of cheap, bad quality, and out of style plastic flowers.
