I had an exfoliation peel today I don't remember at time that my skin felt so fresh and had a glow like this, my therapists were extremely knowledgeable and I didn't feel pushed into buying any extra products but left with a knew knowledge of what I need to do for my skin.
Really disappointed. They confirmed my appt via chat msg but booked it for a different time. Mistake happen, but there was no apology or effort to rebook sooner- just a reschedule 2 weeks later. Staff shd own their error, not treat it like a routine chg. I ended up canceling. Service just not start at the treatment only!!
Sophie is professional and always makes my visits to Silk feel relaxing and enjoyable. Every facial is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well looked after. The salon is truly lucky to have her!
