I had my 11th face laser session today and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member with curly short hair treated me did not follow basic steps that were consistently done in my previous sessions. My face was not cleaned before the procedure, and no soothing gel was applied afterwards — instead, I was asked to apply it myself. In all my 10 sessions I was never asked to do it by myself. Rang to make an appointment. Have been there before . Said as a special I had to book online . Would not accept password . Asked for it to be resent to my email . 15 minute later still not through . Did the chat . Same result . Rang and told Innaloo . Nothing they can do . Went elsewhere. My time is also valuable

Average. The laser hair removal level felt extremely weak, almost imperceptible. The sessions were very quick, and for several times I didn’t feel it covering 100% of the marked area. What made me feel even worse was being told to use the bathrooms at Myer while waiting. I’ve never been to a beauty service with a waiting area where customers couldn’t use a bathroom. It was uncomfortable and disappointing.
Lack of critical thinking from staff and a lost customer I was transferred to this clinic after the Clear Skincare I used to attend shut down. Before my session, I had already stated that I was around session 12 and very unwilling to accept “patches” because I am the one paying for these treatments. They assured me: “Yes, we completely understand. You have 14 days after treatment to come back for patches.” So I did that because I ended up with more patches than ever before.
