Did not like this place.I came in with a picture with a long side swept bang and walked out with thick short choppy bangs that were sticking up. I scheduled an appointment the next day at a salon I trusted and usual went to, to fix them. Im still waiting on them to grow out. She also stepped out and I was waiting in the chair as my hair was drying for 10 mins. I wouldnt recommend it, although the shampoo girl was great.

This is a beautiful salon with a wonderful staff. I had high lights and low lights done by Rachel- the color was beautiful, price was comparable to other salons. Prior I had the Brazzillian blow out done- no frizz no work love love love it. I highly recommend them!!!

Susan Skura (owner of Silk Hair Spa) has been doing my hair for several years. Although I live in Chicago I make it a point to see her several times a year..No one can do my hair better than Sue!! She is amazing!! She takes the time to find out what you REALLY want and then does your hair way beyond your expectaions. The colors and cuts I have received over the years have been incredible! I would recommend Sue to anyone-especially to anyone who needs a redo due to a bad experience-she is a miracle worker and can fix anything... read more

Susan Skura-Owner of Silk Hair Spa is absolutely fabulous!! She truly is a miracle worker. I have come to her to fix my hair several times and I have walked out with a HUGE smile on my face. My color and cuts are amazing and fit my face sooo well! She knows what she is doing and truly is gifted. I would recommend Susan to anyone-She is Fabulous-Simply Fabulous!!!!
