This is my first experience with electrolysis, and I am so pleased with the service and care provided by Charity. At the consultation, she thoroughly explained the procedure, possible side effects, and aftercare. She made sure I understood everything, and she addressed all questions and concerns I had. Charity is wonderful! From the 1st consult, she has been professional and caring. I heard that the electrolysis process might be a little uncomfortable, but Charity has made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I love the way she explains the entire process-what she does, the tools used in the process, and even the things I need to do! Charity really cares about her clients and their well-being. Charity did an amazing job! She put me at ease since I have never had electrolysis before and was quite nervous prior to the session. She was very kind and made the experience relaxing and very tolerable! I can’t wait to go back! No more dreading swimsuit season! Thank you Charity!!
