The front desk of this office, Gabby, completely messed up my office visit booking. Because getting off work is very difficult, I had booked two appointments, one with this clinic at 10:15am and one at UCSF on Parnassus two hours later. With a one hour appointment and 20min drive to UCSF, I should have been fine to make both appointments, that I had to take off work to accommodate making both appointments.
