Excellent customer support. Silicon Valley Flooring installed faux wood vinyl plank (LVP) in my whole-house remodel 6 years ago. This week I called for help with a gap that was forming between planks, likely due to natural settling of the house. Sep responded same day and sent a team out to fix it at my earliest availability. The technicians were in and out within roughly 20 minutes and the floor looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. Thank you, Sep and team!

Maor and team did an amazing job! Not only did they work efficiently but also extremely well along side other trades to get the most done in a short period of time. The work that was done was outstanding and professional, I would highly recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable and only work with quality product. Will not cheap out even on request. Shows how much pride they take in their brand. Photos do not do them justice! staging was done by Chic Flips and photos by infinite views
