Expensive This group facility houses 3-4 optometrist. The front staff is very unfriendly and the services are expensive. They ask you to take all kinds of test that by the time you finish add couple hundreds to your insurance. Also there eye glasses are out of this world expensive, with brands I've never even heard of. Honestly I can go to Costco and buy a brand of Polo frames for $300 cheaper than here. Plus there optometrist are especially condescending.
Very Expensive My daughter and I came here to get our eyes checked, and the Dr was really nice but I ended up spending so much out of pocket that I didn't even get myself glasses. They do have a variety of glasses to choose from but it is very expensive. It was close to our home so it worked but don't think I will be
RecommendedBeen going here for 7 years now. Dr. Jenna McBride is the best in class and the entire crew is great and is extremely courteous.
I went to SVE for an eye exam and ordering new glasses. Dr. McBride, Rose, and other staff were very helpful. They took their time to answer my questions.

I have been with this eyecare for more than 20 years. I enjoyed the service and care. Especially the recent one, yesterday. Dr. found I have retina issue and need to see a specialist. She quickly arranged a specialist who is willing to see me in late Friday afternoon. So, I went through a laser treatment that was done in 15 minutes. I am grateful for both doctors' effort to save my eye. I recalled the incident that caused the problem and it was several months ago. Don’t go here, the Doctor I saw was pushy and had an agenda, it’s about money. They’re extremely unorganized and rude, you will wait forever. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place... I highly recommend Shoreline Optometry in Mountain View, they are fabulous!
