Very pleased with their service. My previous contact with **** and Nina was last year, when my A/C went out on (naturally) one of the hottest days of the year. I agreed to pay a higher price for an emergency visit, and they were outside working on my compressor at 11:00 pm, with flashlights, until it was fixed. We've had a great experience working with **** and Nina from Silicon Valley comfort. They were easy to contact and we were able to schedule an appointment very fast. Please note, I do not write reviews...and I just had to write one for Silicon Valley Comfort. I called SVC on a Saturday night at around 9:15 PM and he was at my door by 10:30 PM. He stayed until 11:50 PM and had me back up and running by the time he left. And no, I did not mistake my AMs and PMs. SVC provides 24/7 service. He did not rush through any of the work and was extremely thorough - ensuring he checked every possibility so that he made sure the problem was fixed. **** from Silicon Valley Comfort came out on short notice after hours on an emergency call to diagnose the issue with our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part in his truck and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely recommend **** and Silicon Valley Comfort to anyone who has any HVAC issues and he will be the first person I call if I have any issues in the future.

I live is San Jose CA and had trouble finding a trustworthy h-vac contractor. I had called a few Craigslist h-vac contractors and they both pulled a no call no shows. I was very discouraged but I tied again and found **** and Nina. They both are very professional and very seriously knowledgeable regarding my h-vac issues. The folks from Silicon Valley comfort are PhDs in HVAC, and are seriously some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced as it pertains to cooling, heating, air flow, and optimal HVAC configurations.
