Very pleased with their service. My previous contact with **** and Nina was last year, when my A/C went out on (naturally) one of the hottest days of the year. I agreed to pay a higher price for an emergency visit, and they were outside working on my compressor at 11:00 pm, with flashlights, until it was fixed. After our A/C stop working on the weekend during the heat wave, Silicon Valley Comfort was able to get us taken care of. Even with their busy schedule they were able to accommodate us. Not only do they provide 24 hour service but they were the only company that actually answered the phone. John was able to figure out the issue and explained ways to prevent it from happening again. He was very honest and I would highly recommend them.

We've had a great experience working with **** and Nina from Silicon Valley comfort. They were easy to contact and we were able to schedule an appointment very fast. Upon arrival, they quickly diagnosed the issue we had and provided us with great advice and recommendations regarding the next steps. Please note, I do not write reviews...and I just had to write one for Silicon Valley Comfort. I called SVC on a Saturday night at around 9:15 PM and he was at my door by 10:30 PM. He stayed until 11:50 PM and had me back up and running by the time he left. And no, I did not mistake my AMs and PMs. SVC provides 24/7 service. He did not rush through any of the work and was extremely thorough - ensuring he checked every possibility so that he made sure the problem was fixed.
