I would recommend this food truck within 1-800 Lucky. My chicken bowl was a standout: the rice was perfectly cooked, the chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the sauce brought everything together beautifully. I also really enjoyed the mango refresher, which had just the right amount of sweetness. What really impressed me was the service. Wow the Vietnamese iced coffee here was so luxurious it came with what seems like cold foam and a chocolate pocky stick! The dairy ratio was excellent not too bitter not too sweet not too creamy. Also vibing live house music. Owner is also very friendly!
As far as authentic asian food i was dissapointed. I ordered the summer rolls and the pork belly lettuce wraps. The concept is there but the flavor profile is far from it, not to say that it is bad food. The ingredients themselves are fresh. Final take is if youre looking for authetic asian food (especially vietnamese food) i would go somewhere else.
Garlic noodles w/ shrimp was soooo good!!!! Flavorful. Great portions. This spot is a gem!
