I purchased a One Hour Massage and Premium Facial. Atmosphere was OK, but the building and massage room was FREEZING. Massage therapist's hands were ice cold and she never once warmed them. Typically at day spas, lights are dimmed in massage room to enhance relaxation. She kept lights on the whole time! When facial was being performed, there was no towel or band placed over my head to keep hair back. When I got up to leave my hair was wet and a mess from warm wet towels. Experience was very mediocre; would not go back.

I haven't tried the other services yet, but the massage from Shane was one of the best I've ever had.

I think Silhouette Spa is not an honest company. They lied about their services they would provide. I bought one hour massage and one hour premium facial to be done together. The receptionist asked me to be there 10 mins early and I did what she told me. However, I waited there 1 hour before I could get the service. They did NOT even say an apology for my wait. Second, I bought 2 hours service. The lady spent 45 mins on my massage without arm and hand massage, and spent less than 30 mins on my facial. The lady stepped outsid... read more
