Best sushi I've ever had! – I don't know what it is about the sushi at Silhoutte, but it is the best I've ever had! The atmosphere is very warm with great artwork on the walls. The waitstaff is awesome! All very attentive, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Silhouette for an enjoyable dining experience.
Great deals for delicious food! – I decided to try out Silhouette after hearing from numerous friends that it was great. My boyfriend and I decided to go on a Monday and we were really pleased to find out it was Happy Hour Sushi all night! All of our favorite rolls were on the happy hour menu and we even decided to try some nigiri for the first time ever because it was so cheap. Used to ROCK; now it's a bit less... – So, when Shin and Kevin were the chefs, my girlfriend at the time and I would visit Silhouette weekly, if not more. The manager (I really can't remember his name at the moment) would come spend some time talking with us, and eventually bought sake for us nearly everytime we came in. YUMMMMMY! – Van Gogh and Neitzch rolls are the best! The lyche martini's are VERY good! Always happy hour, saturday night late night happy hour. It has always been a good spot to start before heading out for the night!
silhouette – silho used to be pango's, and i've been going there regularily when i'm in town to catch good sushi for the past couple yrs. shin and kevin ( the 2 sushi chefs) have stayed loyal througout the past 4 yrs (and counting) and to my surprise the quality of fish has gone up since the most recent change over in management. i have not had a chance to sit down and meet the new owners, but am making it a point to do that on my next visit. i love the unique atmosphere, diverse crowd, and friendly/helpful wait staff & bart... read more

New Chef, New Management, New Disappointment – PROS: This restaurant has a great location, nice decor, pretty romantic. The waitresses are generally nice, and seating has never been a problem.
