Do Not use Dean’sHome Improvement (Siler’s) in Ocean Isle Beach . We had a written agreement with them to build a deck for us in Bent Tree Plantation. It was all started March 12 with a written agreement that they would start and it would take 4weeks. We knew it would be a few weeks until they started , but even with that they put the start date off twice. We would pay a payment at the end of each week (AS THE LABOR WAS COMPLETED).
