We reached out to three different pool companies and chose Carolina Creations based on the promises that were made. That was our first mistake. This started back in February. We were told our ground would be cut by July 4th weekend—wrong. Instead, that’s when they told us we had to call “Call Before You Dig.” That alone set us back an entire month. My project manager, Eric Alderman, was very easy to work with and he was able to answer all of my queries very quickly. He and Lylia helped me replace a couple of plants that didn't take root with no questions asked. Very pleasant and great attitude at all times even though I know they were very busy. Another satisfied customer on Oak Island! :-)

Carolina Creations just completed a stellar pool project for us. It was a complicated project as the property is on the waterway. All kinds of extra restrictions had to be met, and it required all kinds of extra permits. Tammy D. expertly navigated us through the design and tedious permit process. Bret H. managed the project to absolute perfection, and his outstanding communication throughout the construction process made all the difference. Carolina Creations just finished our pool and we are very pleased. Bret Harvey was in charge of pool construction and did an outstanding job. Will was our salesperson and did an admirable job of representing the company. He also handled a variance with the city for us. The landscaping crew did an excellent job. Overall we are very satisfied and pleased.
