After committing she never returned my phone calls/text messages or showed up. This was a very important situation that was needed to be done for the health of one of my children.
I am a former employee of Melissa Siler. Unfortunately, the experience I had working for her wasn't positive as Melissa was verbally abusive, discriminative, unprofessional and five weeks after ending my employment with her, I still have not received my final check. Due to her ignoring my calls and texts regarding my last check and the other unreasonable behavior demonstrated by Melissa, I'm forced to press charges.
