Cordial, persistent, Timely...Very good.
They responded promptly to inform me tne car had been sold.
James was friendly, helpful, and applied no pressure to close the sale. I did not purchase this particular vehicle, but would definitely go back again in the future.
This car dealership doesn’t pervade financings through any bank or financial institutes which makes customers to go out of their comfort to find financial assistance and I won’t recommend this dealership to any one.

I do not think it is fair to give us a poor review all because of something that I have not offered for a few years now. We stopped offering financing few years back since I wasn't able to give better rates to my customers compared to local banks and credit unions. Our dealership providing financing would not have benefited our customers in any type of positive way. This decision to stop offering financing was made to help customers get better rates and save money on their vehicle loan.

James was a pleasure to work with! I have some experience with auto sales and I hate rude, pushy, salesman.. James was the total opposite! He has an honest, straight forward approach to sales, which is nice. He explains the entire process and is very complete with his paperwork, including the registration!! This car is for my daughters but I will be back to see James to purchase my next used car!
