I have been a customer for 9 years now always really loved the people that worked there. I got a call today and have NEVER been so disrespected by a representative at any business, never mind my own bank. The man there wouldn't let me get a word in, talked over me when I tried followed up by putting me on hold. His NASTY CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE is hard for me to wrap my head around. The worse Credit Union imaginable. Does nothing to help their long time members... All for themselves. The people are rude. they messed my accounts up many times and took forever to correct it. And on top of that... charged us fees due to their error.... Tell me.. i that the kind of financial / bank you would want to deal with?? Not me that's for sure. We'll be leaving them soon!!!!
Can't make it down to the Seymour location to make a payment for the next two weeks due to overtime at work. So I tried to make a payment over the phone and they try to charge me $15 to do it. Absolutely ridiculous and they were careless and rude over the phone. Wish i never did business with them but you live and you learn. I personally Wouldn't recommend dealing with these crooks to anyone .
I had a debit card that broke, and the Danbury location agreed to replace it. I was told 7 to 10 days. Okay, no big deal, I'll wait. However, I'm at the two week mark at this point. I'm annoyed that I have to go the bank to take out money every time I need it while waiting longer than I was told, rather than going to an ATM.
I love Sikorsky. But when you drive out of the way to use ATM because you need cash and don't want to pay a fee from another ATM, and the Sikorsky ATM is out of service. That is rather inconvenient.
Platinum card waste of time. Went to target saw a tv on sale tried to put it on my SCU card and they said because I haven't used my platinum card at target plus being a high priced item $800.00 that I would have to call the credit union to verify who I am. Haha closed so listen to the recording like a moron and not one person to answer a phone to verify that it is not fraud guess what this card is useless to me.
