Absolutly piss poor service. I had mailed in a form (as instructed to do- removing a joint owner from my account), provided the tracking number and called to confirm it's receipt. Customer service CONFIRMED it was received and to come down and sign a signature card. When I got there, the form could not be found. Inexperienced banking lady called and messaged a few people. Your banking system is no good
You guys suck. Your representatives are like dead skeletons sitting 🪑 around waiting for customers. Very curt and unenthusiastic. Still waiting for my pin after a month.
Worst bank of the planet is Sikorsky Crooked Union. I don’t get statements and complained to the bank for over a year. No statements still. Charged late fees for a payment missed in January 2019 but wasn’t contacted about it until March 2020. And no I didn’t mess up the dates. Over a year to be told. Unreal. Don’t go here.
Why would I recommend this credit union in Connecticut when I live in Texas?? You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me!!
This bank keeps coming up with ways to make me not able to make my credit card payment! First it was because they didn’t have my new address, so i gave them all my new info and now they tell me because i don’t have a checking account, i can’t make a payment straight from savings...well they are the ones that closed my checking! Seriously this is the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. Keep hitting my with late fees when you are literally blocking my attempts to make a payment!!!!!!!
