Let me explain how ridiculous this place is... when I was 19 years old I was approved for a $21,000 auto loan. Due to unfortunate events, I had to opt in for a voluntary repo and ended up with a $0 balance. Just today I tried to open an account and was denied because of this.... I AM 37 YEARS OLD NOW!!!!!!! They denied me over something that happened 18 years ago!!!!! When I was a ignorant child!!!!! I AM AN ADULT NOW With A great credit score and a lesson learned. I will never recommend Sikorsky credit Union to anyone!!!!

Tellers can’t replace your debit card if stopped due to fraud, must wait for someone in the offices to help even after a phone call to central number...big time waste.Email was addressed to my husband in response to one I sent and signed from me. I wasn’t allowed to perform certain functions on our joint account. Not happy, I’ll be leaving here soon.
Staff at this credit give false information. I was told by the cashier and branch manager at the Stratford location that direct deposit aren’t allowed in an account that your name isn’t on. I was having ADP direct deposit my Mom loan payment in her account until they told me I couldn’t because it was against their policy! I wasn’t given poor advice from the same branch manager regarding the loan processing as well! I spoke to the Regional manager and basically nothing was done! Take your money to Members Credit Union! I have been a member over 35 years and never have had a problem. People are helpful and pleasant. Love the app.
Absolutely the worst banking experience of my life. I'll be closing out all 4 accounts the day my funds are available after the "9 business day" hold on my check. (Shelton branch. I can't speak for other locations.)
Had nothing but issues with this place! They hold your money too long.after 9 business days of hold, they didn't send a pin number for card, now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for money! All other places they can have you put a pin number at their bank. These people had no emotion, no care to work it out. Just sign, .... poor place!
