I have been there twice with my daughter in law. Both times were great experiences. Every one was very professional and caring. From her doctor to the receptionist. Glad this facility is in southern Illinois.

My husband has received excellent care at the SIH Cancer Institute. The doctors, nurses and other staff make him feel loved and comfortable. He's never felt rushed during a visit or treatment. It's sad that we need this facility in Southern Illinois, but thank God it is here, close to home with the awesome staff and equipment.
After being treated here for a year the doctors left us in the office for two hours without any notice or anything. They banned my husband who is my only support without even Consulting me. This is the most unprofessional I've ever been treated in my life. The director asked if I would like a phone call from the doctor I said yes and never received one. I've been on State Insurance for 15 years and have never had to wait two hours and a doctor's office. The most I've ever had to wait is 45 minutes. And even then someone come... read more
SIH Cancer Institute is a great place. I go there for Chemotherapy. I am currently fighting rectum cancer. Every nurse Every doctor is amazing. I feel like this place is like my second home. My husband and l always feel so welcomed when ever we are here. Thanks so much SIH for making me feel so loved

All of the staff treat you as if you're family from the receptionist to their doctors. They make it seem like you're the only one they take care of giving you all the attention you need to make the journey as easy as possible. Without them being who they are I wouldn't be where I am today.
My sister-in-law Diane Reynolds has had the best care while doing chemotherapy at this facility. All yhe nurses and other staff are so nice and accommodating to all the patients and guests! Could not have had a more relaxing time while there. Thank you to all that work at this facility!
