Poor customer service. Sold us one thing, it was incorrect, told us sorry too bad.
We've gotten three gatorboard signs from Signs dot com for our store in Otay, and they look great! Fast service, fast shipping, and easy to order and get everything we need. We will definitely be using them for our future sign needs. And the prices are very affordable :)
I recently ordered a few 7 ft signs. They came very quickly, and the packaging was beyond my expectations. The signs are very sturdy, and text is very crisp and clear, except for my logo - which is where we lose a star. I have a logo that I paid for specifically so that it will always be adjustable, and will not pixelate no matter how large it is stretched. However, my logo is pixelated on the signs I received. I recently ordered an eight foot retractable banner and an aluminum business sign. I was shocked at how quickly they arrived and how amazing the product looked! We used the contour option on the aluminum sign, and it truly did cut directly to the edge of the design. We quickly realized the sign we ordered was underwhelming on our building, and didn't hesitate to reorder in a larger size. She was incredibly responsive and helped me with ensuring a great design outcome. Customer service was truly excellent. I would definitely order more products in the future!
Just ordered some fabric banners for our church. They are beautiful. The staff was helpful with the design to avoid pixelation. The fabric banners are quality and the color of the photos and words are very clear. Thanks!
I needed a vinyl sign to go underwater and not only did it arrive VERY quickly but it was VERY inexpensive and was very high quality! Definitely using these guys over and over again!
I have to say I was extremely upset when I received my clear transparent window sticker. It wouldn't stick and I was extremely upset. I called customer service and spoke to an awesome woman named Madison. She made it right and changed my order and reprinted it on a new printing medium that I was more familiar with.
