You have some happy customers in Chicago. The customer care was top notch and the sign looks exactly as expected.
I will not use this company again. First they sent us the wrong sign ( We are all human and make mistakes). They tried to make it right and send us another. The customer service rep lied to me twice. They promised us two-day shipping on the second sign, it showed up 7 days later. When I got the sign I was not impressed with quality of the colors they were dull/blotchy and are logo looked terrible. Hopefully they will work on their customer service and print quality then and only then would I consider using them again
I normally never provide a review as all service should be great service, however Signsdotcom went way above great service - it was EXCEPTIONAL. They are amazing! We ordered a banner and it was delivered missing the background image. I dropped them a line, and they corrected the mistake - and they even 'cleaned up' the image. It turned out great!! I will use them AGAIN!! Thanks!

Wow, so if you're scared to order things online like I am this company will change your mind! Super easy to upload my pdf modified some extra words with their software and my sign came out better than I imagined! I received it fairly quickly and used a promo code for 15%off. I love this company and will be using it for all future business endeavors. Thank you guys for the high quality products at good prices!
Chad: I emailed you yesterday, called at least a dozen times, left messages and still get nobody to talk to. Fake reviews of your company's service don't change the facts. I am disputing the charge on my credit-card and will order from a competitor. I will also do reviews on the treatment from your company. To say your company has the worst customer assistance I have ever experienced is a vast understatement. You guys suck!
When I received my order I was not 100% satisfied with it, but I received an email right away from Customer Service and they resolved it quickly and very well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone looking to make a sign.
