Buyers beware!! We used Signs R Us to make a banners and a retractable for a trade show here in Miami. Besides costs for the hardware, we paid $75 set up fee for them to put the layouts together based our requirement. We provided instructions for the layout, gave them original photos, and text. We were shocked to learn that Signs R Us told us that they owned our designs and all the materials that we have given to them even though we have paid them $75 to put it together.
