Rude, I’m sure they do great work judging by their raving reviews but I just called to inquire about an installation and get a “well you’re gonna have to tell me about what kind of signs” in a FML tone, instead of something like “sure, what kind of signs are we talking about” in any remotely close to a customer service tone.
