She is fabulous! Wish i still had her but i moved away. Appts always very prompt
They seem very nice but they wasted my time / delayed me getting an annual eye exam by saying over the phone they accept my insurance, but when I arrive for appointment they tell me that they do not accept it
I switched to Dr Signorino's practice because I wanted to work one on one with my Optometrist, which is getting rare to find these days. First thing the exam was relaxed and easy.. I get nervous for eye exams, I hate hearing that my vision has worsened, probably nobody else feels this way, but hey, this is my story! RUDE and DISMISSIVE front desk. Called to set an appointment as a new patient considering the glowing reviews and due to getting a referral from my dermatologist. Phone was answered with, “Doctor’s office..”Not a “Hello this is Dr. XYZ’s office…” I had to clarify if it even was the right number? I worked as a hostess in a restaurant and that’s already red flag #1 that the introduction was incorrect.
