My wife and I each had a telephone interview scheduled for about three weeks ago. We got everything prepared and waited for over an hour for the conference call. It never came so we called Signify and the were soooo sorry. They said that it was unprofessional for the agent not to contact us if she could not make the conference call. Data collection only. What do they do with the data??? No HIPPA, no privacy disclosures. I left 4 messages to Signify requesting call back...... NO RESPONSES

Unprofessional. Do not care about patients. Constantly call to get health assessment visits to get paid by the insurance company. Promise a gift card will be sent 6 weeks after the home visit but do not provide the correct information that the patient is the one that has to call the insurance company to report the home visit so, in my case, the visit was in November, I waited 6 weeks and when I called I was told it had to be reported by December 31st, since I did not know I was the one to report it, I cannot claim my rewa... read more
