Dr. Nemeth does a great job of diagnosing the areas of trouble and once physical therapy alone did not get me to a point of no pain relief, I have had L4 bilateral injections to target the nerve roots. Dr. Nemeth is great at alerting you to a small prick of the needle and sting of the lidocaine used to numb the area, but it's not even a discomfort.
