Disappointing... Although the staff were friendly and efficient, I was not happy with my super short visit with PA. It was obvious that he did not want to spend more than a minute with me so, he can rush to the next patient. I did not even feel comfortable to ask questions....
RecommendedWent to this urgent care, & was greeted by Ms. Kathleen, the receptionist, & she was very nice & courteous, & Dr. Garrett was very professional & understanding, & provided me with the needed information from what I came there for, when I needed to be checked out. I would recommend this place, very nice staff & very clean. Thank you Signature Urgent Care for the welcoming experience😊

I went in for a COVID-19 antibody test. I had virtually no wait, the office was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and reassuring. The finger prick was gentle and quick. My results came back 15 minutes later (negative). They also gave me a script to go to Bayfront’s lab to get tested for COVID-19. I’ll do that tomorrow morning. I’ve had no symptoms but wanted to be safe and know my status, and they were totally supportive of that, especially as I anticipate coming into contact with more people soon for work. I ... read more
I waited an hour and a half to speak to someone. There started out being 62 callers in from of me. When it got down to my having 2 people in front of me, they picked up the phone and hung up!! I called right back and now there are 44 people in front of me. Ridiculous. I get that you guys are busy with Covid but it is 10:00 pm. There is still a 90 min wait to speak to someone??? I will not be going to your facility anytime soon unless I am getting ready to die....
Great place. Always have had good care there. Staff is really nice. In and out quickly.
