Disappointing... Although the staff were friendly and efficient, I was not happy with my super short visit with PA. It was obvious that he did not want to spend more than a minute with me so, he can rush to the next patient. I did not even feel comfortable to ask questions....
I waited an hour and a half to speak to someone. There started out being 62 callers in from of me. When it got down to my having 2 people in front of me, they picked up the phone and hung up!! I called right back and now there are 44 people in front of me. Ridiculous. I get that you guys are busy with Covid but it is 10:00 pm. There is still a 90 min wait to speak to someone??? I will not be going to your facility anytime soon unless I am getting ready to die....
