Coming home from Whistler and the dreaded check engine light comes on. Went to four other mechanics (I’m not from Squamish) who couldn’t help me and then I tried Newport. Nathan at the front desk was a gem but Dom, who ran my codes, was a Prince! Great service! 5 stars
They fixed my van quickly after two other garages told me it couldn’t be done. I highly recommend that business.

Couple months ago I took my truck in for an alignment and to put on new wheels. Wheels needed special lugs so I called days before to make sure they had them. They said yes. I showed up, they then took my wheels off, put the new ones on, realized they didn’t have the right parts then had to put the old wheels back on. Then proceeded to charge me $280 to do a mount and balance even though they were already mounted and balanced. I told them to leave it be because they didn’t have the parts.
