Newport auto gave my car a service for a very reasonable rate with a cery short wait time. Nathan at the front desk went through all the issues with my car and did a brake down of the cost to fix each issue and I never felt once that I was being pressured into fixing something that did not need to be fixed

Made an appointment on Monday, told them I needed a wheel alignment and two front tires, I had previously bought tires there and they were familiar with my car. I was to bring my car in Wednesday as early as possible. So after giving them two days notice, they didn’t have the tires on hand, and after paying $170 for a “inspection“ was told that I needed an alignment, and new tires, and a back tire only had 5 psi… Strangely they assumed that I would leave my car in the parking lot until the next morning.
