Hardworking crew in extreme heat. Hats off to those guys. Highly recommend. They did original pool cage install 11 years ago, storm repair a year ago , now screen replace. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Today, we had the pleasure of having a lanai/screen room installed by this company. Our experience, from start to finish, has been seamless. The communication has been excellent, with salesman Tom, the office staff, and the crew all demonstrating a high level of professionalism. While I cannot yet attest to the durability, the construction seems solid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a lanai installation.
We were looking to have our Lanai completely redone from Bronze to White. From our first meeting with Tom through the process of the estimate and until the job was complete, the communication with them was Excellent. The Installers were friendly and professional. Job was Excellent. Tom again came by to check to see if we were Happy with the install. Overall an EXCELLENT experience. I would Absolutely recommend Signature Specialty Contractors.
