I suggest you don’t even go here. Any new patients please go to a different dentist. Not only are they unprofessional they are inconsiderate of others times and incompetent. I waited a whole hour and a half before even been worked on. There wasn’t a room available for me, yet I had an appointment. I then had to sit in a room waiting for a dentist to become available to work on my tooth. No one checked on me I had to go out the room to see what’s going on. Honestly don’t even bother coming to the place. Choose somewhere else.
I sat in the waiting area almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. The staff is nice. The wait time ridiculous. Hear people chatting forgetting you sitting in the room. As a “New patient “ at that.
The whole office is always helpful and makes me feel welcome and taken care of. Yolanda in the front is so kind and knowledgeable. Great office! I recommend them to everyone!
The. Staff in the office is always great. I wish they were in East Hartford but it’s ok because I don’t mind traveling since they are so nice. Thank you Gorgeous Smiles!
