I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced during my recent phone call on 2/19/2025. The conduct of the “manager” whom name was not given was not only inappropriate but also made my phone call very uncomfortable and unpleasant. 8/1/2024 visited office to imprint for denture. It is now 2/6/2025, and I have not received denture because instead of getting the original plastic I requested they ordered metal which cuts my tongue and gum. Although, Insurance paid in advance they refused to replace it. I have been swallowing my food half chewed (a choking possibility!) until I can accumulate another co-pay for a proficient Dentist. I went there for them to pull a tooth they didn’t do it correctly! It was in pain for a week I went in 3 times for the same issue to only have it fixed by a different dentist! Not to mention my dentist was changed twice! I called for an appointment recently and was told that the dentist has now retired. I was trying to explain to the receptionist of my frustrations and she stated to me well you can choose a different office because we’re not in control of how and when the dentist decides leaves. Worst office, I would find another office that will care about you as a patient not just $$$. Two months later and I have to get another doctor to finish the job Mr Khan could not take care because of his Ego. Not everyone will be satisfied with his work. He did not take honest feedback on his treatment or behavior after.
They keep switching doctors and messing up peoples teeth. There fillings fall out and they don't do correct root canals. Never had a consistent doctor. Very unprofessional. They turn there number off Cuase they know they scamming. If I had money for a lawyer I woulda been sued them!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible place they will do more damamge then good like a shady mechanic
