I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Signature Smiles so others don’t go through what I have. Back in 2023, my son was seen here and while we had no complaints about the actual dental services, the nightmare began with their billing practices. I discovered we were overcharged and assumed it would be a simple fix to request a refund for the difference. Dr. Cook’s dental office is efficient and well run. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It is the best dental experience one could ask for.
