This was my third or fourth visit to the new, chique office. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and everyone greeted me with a smile. Franny gave me the heated neck collar and was passionate about her recommendations for oral care. She has awesome customer service skills and was pleasant to be around. The heated neck collar made me feel as if I were in a spa and not in a dental chair. My hygienist that administered the cleaning was awesome. Great way to start my day!

Great experience and friendly staff. No matter the state of your dental health, they approach with thoughtful and kind care, as well as transparent methods, and are willing to explain any part of the process you have questions. The dental hygienists are also the best around, so nice and accommodating, even if you are anxious about the dentist visit! You’re in good hands at Signature Smiles in Cary.
Staff are a delight. Dr Cook and the other Dentists are all wonderful!
Dr. Cook’s dental office is efficient, and the staff is always pleasant. I’d recommend Dr. Cook’s dental office to anyone in search of an excellently run office.
