I wish there was a way to give you no stars. (Pennsville) Your office staff is the most incompetent group of receptionist and assistants that that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been trying for several days to get an appt in the Pennsville location. I've left several messages, never been able to talk to a real person. I don't care If they are in my insurance network , time for a new dentist.
They worked well me.i have very bad fears and anxieties to dentist.they helped me feel relaxed and calm.they are the best,I will recommend them to anyone.
My wife has been dealing with these people since August 2015 trying to get fitted with a partial plate. She was back and forth for 7 months. Each time the plate did not fit right. Now that I'm asking for our deposit back they are telling me that I have to get it back from my insurance company. The check was written out to Signature Smiles not my insurance company. Looking like small claims court will have to handle it.
The staff is great and very helpful. The dentist she's wonderful .
I have never had a good experience at the Pennsville location. Employees there are miserable and rude. You make an appointment and the office calls to confirm a few days prior, and continues to call to confirm that you will be there until you actually answer and confirm that yes you will be there. Then you show up for appt to not be seen over 45 minutes later and ask why. Told they are short staffed, and the ortho doc is only there on Fridays. Why not call some patients to reschedule when you find out you are short staffed? ... read more
The clinics employees are not friendly with greeting or checking in patients. And i have discussed with other patients about the practice who have similar experiences with procedures that are very unsuccessful, and not thoroughly completed....thank you.
