My top choice – I only have great things to say about them. They have a well organized Property Management program that makes it easy for any owner.

top notch property mgmt co – I wanted to tell Cat that she did a great job for us this last year with the mgmt of our rental property. She did everything we asked of her and she went above and beyond the call of duty when we requested it. Late payment is accepted – I started with Signature Property Management in the late 90's, and they did well. However, there was a distinct change in the quality of property management in the last few years. The tenants paid late, and there was no intervention, as there had been in the past. They allowed the tenant to pay as late as the 29th (with the understanding she would then pay two months, which she didn't), although I was sending reminders that I needed the payment for the mortgage. Dont sign the lease! – They will do anything to get u signed the lease. As soon as u signed the lease. They dont care about you anymore.... They re not great people to work with. They dont keep their words and promises!
Bad Company – I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone! They would say anything to get you to sign contract with them. My family and I are renting the place under that company. The lady name is Janice. She doesnt want to do her job! She doesnt care if we arent satisfied. We re paying 1600 a month with broke toliets, stain carpets, walls werent painted.We even paid 3,200 for deposit! Why should we pay 3,200 for deposit that the house is already damaged!
