very very great! When I made the initial call 2 years ago to Signature, I was in the dark as a property owner and had a lot of questions about the process. I had just acquired the property and wanted to continue renting it. Since that first call they have been just as helpful and kind. I would never turn to another management company as long as Signature is still in business.
Unprofessional, after your money only Decent home - duplex in Edmond, OK, not too well maintained. Price-wise - average. Cheaper homes available on the same street. Make sure you document and complain about everything when you move in - take photos - so they can not blame you. Signature realty is very slow to respond when you need anything - and extremely fast when it's in their favor. Never leave phone messages, make sure you have everything in writing.
