Bought a home from one of their realtors Jake Bailey. Really bad communication, wouldn’t respond to my realtor for days at a time. He also had hand in flipping the house I bought and cut a lot of corners. Brand new showers both flooded because they weren’t installed right. He’s only trying to make a dollar. Wouldn’t trust a company that hires people like him.
Take a hard pass on this brokerage. Especially if you’re an agent. They’ll bully you and squeeze for every last drop and if you don’t comply, they’ll threaten you with reports, citations, and fines. Great timing too… right at Christmas. Staff is disrespectful and rude. Truly terrible business people. Not a fan of the broker Tony Huston he won’t be a help to you at all. Find another brokerage to hang your license. Oh and he’ll openly lie to you so make sure to record your phone calls.
Rene was great to work with on getting me in to my first home. She went above and beyond my expectations. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. There were so many things I wouldn’t have thought about or noticed but she was very knowledgeable and her attention to detail made me feel confident in picking a house to call home. She walked me through the whole process and was part of every aspect of purchasing my new home. I would 100% recommend Rene and signature real estate to anyone looking to buy/sell.
Having never owned a home before, I was recommended someone on the Signature Real Estate team who happened to fall through due to personal means, who then passed me off to Tony Huston. Tony met with me and helped me understand my options, what I wanted, and what things I needed to avoid. He worked around my schedule and stayed late to make sure I knew what I was getting into before I had to actually sign any contacts.
