This course was amazing. I super strongly recommend it. The instructor Jon Garcia was incredible, He made this course so user friendly with an unbelievable amount of patience to teach each and every one. He would stay extra time beyond class if we needed to answer questions or to help us better understand a subject or any terms discussed through out. I understood everything. Look no further this course is it 5 stars all the way !

Jon is the best real estate teacher I could have expected. He is so fun and dedicated towards his work. He uses real life examples, promotes asking questions and makes the content so much fun. Appreciate the opportunity to learn from Jon. Highly recommend.

As any other in a new profession, I was nervous about the career itself and the instructor. Jon Garcia for sure has been one of the best, and most patient instructors I had since high school. His thorough teaching, examples, and lesson breakdown definitely helped, not just myself, but the class entirely in my opinion. I hope to see Jon again and would thank him 100% for any success I have in Real Estate.

This was by far the best decision for me because of conveniences and the ability to be remote. The Instructor JON was the BEST! literally so good at what he does.
