As any other in a new profession, I was nervous about the career itself and the instructor. Jon Garcia for sure has been one of the best, and most patient instructors I had since high school. His thorough teaching, examples, and lesson breakdown definitely helped, not just myself, but the class entirely in my opinion. I hope to see Jon again and would thank him 100% for any success I have in Real Estate.

After looking into some Real Estate schools in North Jersey I decided to enroll in Signature Real Estate School. This was by far the best decision for me because of conveniences and the ability to be remote. The Instructor JON was the BEST! literally so good at what he does. Signature Real Estate School have an amazing instructor. This course with John was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to further advance their skills and knowledge. Jon has been a great teacher, as dreading as 75 hours may sound, Jon makes every single hour engaging, and effective and makes the context digestible. Taking his class, being active in the class, and reading the textbook make this information very consumable to anyone willing to apply themselves. Jon is a PHENOMENAL instructor. He made the material interesting and easy to understand by providing real life scenarios. He kept the class actively engaged by using our names in examples for the information being taught. He made asking questions comfortable and clarified incorrect answers with easy-to-understand explanations. Thanks to Jon I feel well prepared for the school and state exam!!!!
