Jon Garcia did an excellent job staying on top of all questions directed at him during the instruction and afterwards. He has a humorous and engaging way to explain even complex scenarios. I can highly recommend him as a master of real estate instruction.

The teaching skills and techniques that the teacher takes his time to teach you, would be impossible for you not to pass, but you have to put in the work and study, and definitely do the homework. I had a wonderful experience not only with the teacher Mr John but the classmates as well, i would definitely recommend signature realtor school to anyone looking to become a realestate agent.
It has been a exceptional experience learning from Mr. Jon Garcia! Mr. Garcia taught with grace, conviction and he personally took time out to answer each and every question the class would ask.
