I love it!
This is the MOST unprofessional organization I’ve ever been involved with. First off the staff is very rude and dismissive to any issues or concerns and they really not knowledgeable about medical practices or simple customer service experience. The doctor is literally ALWAYS late for an appointment and if you god forbid have something come up, they are unreliable with the patient being understanding after waiting for over an hour for appointment sometimes and that’s in office and telehealth! I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for my appointment with no word from staff or anything. I go to the window to ask if everything was okay and that I got checked in properly because 35 minutes is a bit crazy. And she just told me “yeah that happens” and shut the window……. Very professional! I will now edit my review with the latest shenanigans from this trash tier doctor. Ever since I got swapped from my NP to lazy chaturvedi. I appreciate Dr Chaturvedi. He is kind and compassionate. He is an excellent listener, thorough, and attentive. Thank you so very much. And his staff is always kind.
