Dr Chaturvedi and his staff have always been very professional. I’ve been a patient for 10 years. Dr Chaturvedi is a rare doctor who listens and takes your input into his care plan. He does run late sometimes but I don’t know a doctor who doesn’t. From my experience with him, it’s because he takes the time you need. There was a time when scripts were slow to be called in but I haven’t had that issue in at least 5 years. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the MOST unprofessional organization I’ve ever been involved with. First off the staff is very rude and dismissive to any issues or concerns and they really not knowledgeable about medical practices or simple customer service experience. I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for my appointment with no word from staff or anything. I go to the window to ask if everything was okay and that I got checked in properly because 35 minutes is a bit crazy. And she just told me “yeah that happens” and shut the window…….
