I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for my appointment with no word from staff or anything. I go to the window to ask if everything was okay and that I got checked in properly because 35 minutes is a bit crazy. And she just told me “yeah that happens” and shut the window……. Very professional!
I appreciate Dr Chaturvedi. He is kind and compassionate. He is an excellent listener, thorough, and attentive. Thank you so very much. And his staff is always kind.

Biggest waste of my time.. I have to wait in the lobby for like an hour and when it’s time for me to see Chaturvedi the sessions are only 8 minutes long.. and he doesn’t seem to actually care that much. My appointments are also spread out over like 2 months so I only really see him once every 2 months not even. I should be at least seeing someone once every 2 weeks because how tf are you going to measure my medicine. Don’t see this guy, He’s useless.
I've gone to this doctor's office for almost two years now, and Dr. Anand Chaturvedi was one of a handful of doctors who actually listened to me, listened to my INPUT, AND took it seriously. Him and his office staff have always been welcome and inviting, and especially Kristin on the phones. She was a constant bright spot in my journey through all this and not once did I fear calling or being dismissed.
