After two years of living in my condo, I was accused of changing my lock without further investigation. In the past two years (2022 & 2023), the maintenance been done when everyone wasn't home and they had access to enter my unit. Not helpful at all with window maintenance issues in our condo.
We hired Bill and his amazing team as our Property Management company after being neglected by the previous. It was a breath of fresh air. Bill is responsive, takes action and does it so quickly, we couldn’t be happier. The rest of his team has been a pleasure to work with and our homeowners are finally seeing things get done around here and issues are being solved. Highly recommended!!
One of the best property management companies in Ontario. Absolute top notch people and I wouldn’t recommend anybody but these guys.
