We were here for a year. We moved out because we needed more space. Chris was the best! He communicated so very well with us! Whenever we needed something, he was on it!!

As a tenant that's has been Lied to for the last 12months I have been here!!! Please be aware you will be lied to to get sold a unit and once in the problems will fall at deaths ear with promise of maintenance that will never be fulfilled..Examples I pay 1560 for a updated unit..A Renewal scheduled for 1657....that suppose to have central heat and air that I control. NOT TRUE they turn a boiler system on at a certain time of yr.and the Air come on a certain time a yr..As of 3/18 ..My Apt is running 86° and my heat is off all... read more
Beware all these five star reviews are not all the truth. Most of them are from when they just moved in. The Roaches in these apartments are insane. Also UTILITIES are HIGH this is not an affordable apartment by the time you check you’ll be paying close to $2000 every month for rent. The heat we can’t control so the gas bill is incredibly high going into the $200’s other unnecessary fees they charge.
