I was visiting friends at Signature Point Apartments and parked in the guest parking for less than an hour. I arrived at 8:30pm, and by 9:17pm my car had been towed. My friends were also unaware that vehicles could be towed from guest parking, and there were no visible tow warnings or signs. Extremely frustrating experience.
