We had an exceptional experience with René at Signature Point. Moms been here over 4 years and fiancé for nearly 6. Her family also has currently a renter unit here. I can speak from all their experiences. I’ll add this overflowing dumpster view (no raccoons till night) 2-4 times a week. Fiancés sisters had 2 separate apts and her sister currently rents here despite only coming once for a week in the last few years. Needless to say you pay high price to be in Del Mar. The management lives on the complex and has a horrible attitude towards everyone. They speed on their golf carts all day... read more
4800 for a 2bd apartment? Ridiculous. I can rent a beautiful home in carlsbad for that much
We have lived here for almost 5 years, and love the place! The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew are very timeous, courteous and efficient. The units are well maintained, and the clubhouse and pool area are always clean. The gym is always accessible and rarely crowded. We highly recommend the development to anyone looking for a well situated, high end place to rent.
