I have loved living at signature place. The officer manager, Kelly, always takes care of her tenants and maintenance is swift to fix whatever is broken. I have never felt unsafe in this complex. I would refer any friend who is looking for an apartment to move into!
Moved out of Signature after my undergrad years and always said it would be the perfect apartment setup for anyone in the area. As fate would have it, I moved back 2 years ago and its been smooth sailing ever since. Quiet and safe location. Easy access to anywhere I need to go with it being located on 165. Close to campus and grocery stores. Kelli and Cole are the perfect partnership and address all needs, concerns, repairs, etc as soon as possible.
I've lived at Signature Place on two separate occasions for a total of 4 years, and I can honestly say it's the best place I've ever rented from. Kelli is the best landlord I've ever had, she's communicative, helpful, and always looking out for her tenants. Cole is also the best maintenance guy and man around! I appreciate all the ways he shows up when there are little fixes in my apartment, to just helping me on a personal level. I have loved living at Signature Place Apartments since 2019! The office manager, Kelly, has always taken care of my apartment needs and made sure her tenants were taken care of. I've told my husband that I will not move into another apartment complex in this area. I recommend this complex to all my friends who are looking for a place to move!
