The absolute worst nails I’ve ever had and they charged me 115$ for this horrible mess I literally cried and now I have to find a place to fix this and pay more money to have it fixed

Staff is nice, but it’s happened twice already that they charge more and then at the register they say they applied a service when the service wasn’t asked for, and then staff becomes upset when asked how the total is so much.
Anna did a great job!!! I am so glad I stopped in here today! She was very gentle and I fell asleep during my pedicure! Thank you Anna, see you next time!
I took my daughter for he XV party here, before I decided to leave her her here we asked if they could do the desing from an image they said yes and the cost would be $120 so I decided to get them to do it well I'm not sure who did her nails cause she didn't have a name tag but they did a horrible job picture on left is what she wanted picture on right is the service they did when my daughter told them she wasn't pleased they still charged $110 only deducting $10 I would have preferred if the service was done correctly.
