I went several times when I first moved to Villa Rica 2016 and off and on after that. They men were rude and arrogant. The women act like there afraid they may be trafficking them. The men customer services is brash and rude. I now go to ingenious phalange nail’s Douglasville. So they will never get my money again. I am big on businesses appreciating you as a customer. This place is an absolute disgrace. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with open disrespect and attitude. A woman who claimed her name was Emma (highly doubtful) was shockingly rude, hostile, and unprofessional. The behavior here goes beyond bad customer service — it feels blatantly discriminatory. I have been coming to this place for years before they even got remodeled and I left because my tech got her own salon across the street (Ann). I was leaving church and I decided to just go get a pedicure. I just wanted a regular pedicure with gel polish and I got the regular pedicure and roughly everything along with the tip was $60. I had to take off some previous nail tips that I have put on. I got the pedicure. I got black gel polish two days later I had to go back because the nail polish came off one of my toes.
