I will never return and spend my money. Customer service was horrible after telling him that was not the color I chose. He got mad and stormed off like a child.
I was not happy with the service, I asked for a manicure with SNS, it was not dipped in the powder and I didn't receive the usually manicure - everything done with the buffing tool which left my hands in pain. I got a pedicure and also didn't feel it was the usual and my toes didn't really get clipped. I keep tell the tech my nail was leaning to one side and not straight and she kept saying it was my toe slanted. It feels like you are nickle and dimed for anything added. I went several times when I first moved to Villa Rica 2016 and off and on after that. They men were rude and arrogant. The women act like there afraid they may be trafficking them. The men customer services is brash and rude. I now go to ingenious phalange nail’s Douglasville. So they will never get my money again. I am big on businesses appreciating you as a customer. This place is an absolute disgrace. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with open disrespect and attitude. A woman who claimed her name was Emma (highly doubtful) was shockingly rude, hostile, and unprofessional. The behavior here goes beyond bad customer service — it feels blatantly discriminatory.
